Are you ready?

  • Skills & Drills I

    Get a great workout using a variety of heavy, speed and double-end bags. Develop strength and power in this fundamental class.

    Skills & Drills II

    Members ready to take their training to the next level will love this new class geared to competition-style boxing. Featuring ropes, hand pads and offensive & defensive drills. Instructor's approval required.

    Circuit Class

    Rotate through a series of stations to develop speed and agility in this fast-paced interval-style class. 

    Gloves, Sweat & Tears

    A 90-minute class combining high-intensity interval training and hand pad drills. All levels are welcome. 

    Circuit Maximus

    Intense circuit training and plyometrics designed to challenge the advanced athlete. 

    Intro Class

    Learn the fundamental punches & fighting stance. Also get a brief introduction & demonstration on each bag.
